Go Ara Shared Her Turning Point In Acting And Talked About Her Hard Times

Go Ara is sure a veteran in acting. She has played in many dramas and has been successfully getting the attention from audience. But who knows that she had once doubted her decision to become an actress. In a recent interview, Go Ara talked about her turning point in acting.
According to Soompi, Go Ara was first known to play the character of Ok Rim in drama "Sharp" which was aired in 2003. It was her debut in acting. Then people knew her for only her pretty face. But her turning point was when she starred in "Reply 1994." She did really well and people recognized her acting skill.
She once doubted her acting when she went to Chung Ang University's Department of Theatre. But during her study, she joined some theatrical works and had a deep thought. He asked herself what kind of actress she wanted to be. Having those hard times, she could do well in her acting career. She also wanted to challenge her acting to role different character in 2017.
Meanwhile, Go Ara was just finished shooting for "Hwarang." She played the main lead and her acting was really great. Despite of the up and down of the ratings, the drama got attention from viewers for the love triangle between her, Park Seo Joon, and Park Hyung Sik. The three of them, plus other handsome men made this drama worth to watch.
As reported by DramaBeans, "Hwarang" got 13.1%, beating other dramas in the same time slot. Although the starting was not really great, but the next episode ratings were good. The drama got high rating when the scene of Park Seo Joon kissing her was airing.
Go Ara played her character as a sister really well. When she was confused because she doubted her brother and fell in love with him, the viewers were satisfied with her acting. Moreover, the chemistry of both Go Ara and Park Seo Joon were really good. She is now looking over a new project and fans can anticipate it.
